The 'Irina' of the houses built for the poor to get rid of dirty living

In Rajkot, under the BSUP scheme, the scheme to provide privately owned flats to the poor at the place of Zuppadpatti in Raiadhar, Kubliyapara, Rukhadia area was turned into suspicious. 70 crore, if given to the poor, it will get Rs. Agency will provide 18 crore!

Rajkot: The BJP government had made small talk to make Rajkot a slum free city, but the UPA government's BSUP did not allow it to materialize. And the Rajiv Gandhi Awas Yojana was in implementation. Under this scheme, 2600 housing schemes were launched in Rajkot for the most backward slum areas of Rukhadia, Raiadhar, Kubliyapara. Out of these 698 houses built to give to the poor, it has been decided to lend Irina Hospitality-Bangalore for twenty five years in such a way as to cause loss of crores to Manpa.

The reasons given by Manpah for not providing housing to the poor are strange. Plans were made for a rugged slum but it was noticed that the land belonged to the railways and people did not allow Manpana employees to enter the Kublia suburb. The TP scheme was formed only in Popatpara area in which Manpah got reserved plots and built houses there. But, even if there is truth in these reasons, the Municipal Corporation today is about Rs. These flats worth Rs. 70 crore were given to the poor at a fixed rate of Rs. 3 lakh for Rs. 21 lakh.

If Manpa had taken this decision, the poor would have got a house, Manpa would have got Rs. 21 crore instant remittance which amounts to Rs. 100 crore. In return, the Municipal Corporation of India (MCCI) gives these flats to Irina, the only agency that has submitted tenders in many places, including Larajkot and Vadodara, instead of the poor. 18 crore is given. This decision will obviously cause great harm to the people and the Manpa treasury, although administrative approval is still pending.
