Son's son has no regrets over father's murder in Rajkot

Rajkot: Malviya Nagar police have arrested a 60-year-old man named Vajubhai Bhanjibhai Chotalia, who lives on the fifth floor of a housing scheme in Hinglajnagar on Amin Marg in the city, for murdering his son Ravi (U.V. 30). However, police said he had no regrets about his father's murder.

Vajubhai, the victim of the murder, was doing masonry and casual labor. The offspring includes two daughters and a son. Son Ravi was the eldest. The two younger sisters Puja and Yogita were married in Visavadar and Raiya villages. Even though the two younger sisters got married, Raveen was angry that he did not get married even though he was older. From time to time he felt that his father Vajubhai was not getting married. Vajubhai's work business has not been going well for a long time and he is currently unemployed. While his son was working in a service station in Ravindraprastha Nagar.

Last night, father Vajubhai asked his son Ravi for money for house expenses. This time Ravi said that at present I do not have money. You always use money but don't let me get married. Wife Manishaben fell in the middle and the neighbors gathered around Bumaboom. One of them called 108 and Vajubhai was taken to Civil. Where doctors pronounced him dead. Police had registered a case of murder against her son Ravi on Manishaben's complaint, citing brain hemorrhage in the postmortem report.

Ravi did not even go to the hospital after his father was beaten unconscious, police said. Staying at home, he tried to clean the blood stains as well as smooth everything as if nothing had happened. So the police arrested him by adding an evidence-destroying clause against him.
