BJP corporator's trouble increased in Rajkot fire incident, crime branch interrogated

Rajkot Game Zone Fire: In the Rajkot TRP Game Zone fire, BJP's Ward No.13 corporator Nitin Ramani revealed that he himself was aware of the illegal construction and recommended the architect to regularize it under the Impact Fee Act. Now the crime branch has taken action in this matter and started questioning Nitin Ramani.

A guy from Game Zone recommended getting regularized

Corporator Nitin Ramani said, 'Prakashbhai (Jain) of TRP Gamezone approached me to regularize this construction on the recommendation of a person known to me from Gamezone known as VD. According to which I recommended Nirav Varu, an architect engineer working in Vaniyawadi area and working on the construction plan, to do this work.

GameZone was given a demolition notice

He also said that when architect Varun recommended this work, he also said that the demolition notice has been given to this gamezone. As the work progressed, when he spoke to the architect, the corporator was also told that the file was not approved under the impact fee as no evidence was submitted by the managers-owners of the Gamezone, including land availability, construction plan.
