Chinese Garlic: On September 5, the news of Chinese garlic came to light in the Gondal Marketing Yard of Gujarat. As soon as this news was received, there was a protest against Chinese garlic across the country. However, now there is a big revelation about Chinese garlic from Gondal Marketing Yard. What people thought was Chinese garlic and made a fuss, it was not actually Chinese garlic.

The revelation happened in the research center

The garlic, which was mistaken for Chinese garlic, was examined at the Kandla Research Centre. During testing, it was revealed that this was not Chinese garlic. However, the garlic will now be sent to Pune Garlic and Onion Research Center for further testing. Only after the report from Pune will the true information about the garlic come out, whether this garlic was Chinese or Indian.

What was the whole incident?

A few days ago, after the uproar in the Gondal marketing yard in the name of Chinese garlic, the Gondal police sent it to the Kandla Research Center for testing. The report said that there was no fungus or virus in this garlic.

Traders protested

Traders protested on September 5 last after receiving information about Chinese garlic from Gondal. The protest spread across the country and garlic traders stopped auctions for a day. However, after the revelation of the research center, the matter has calmed down.
