Saurashtra University's paper setter's rubbish took out the old course paper in Loney's exam!

- New handwritten paper in Civil Procedure Code and Limitation Act examination in LLB Sem-2 examination had to be delivered to the centers.

During the examination of Saurashtra Uni. Due to which Quick Uni. Copies of handwritten question papers had to be delivered to the adjoining examination centers. Examiners were given 15 more minutes for late arrival of question papers at Paddhari examination center.

Due to the absence of a permanent examination director outside the examination department in Saurashtra University, on the one hand, the corruption of examination theft has become widespread. On the other hand, the work related to the examination is also becoming complicated. The question paper which was to be sent to the examination centers after three sets of question papers were opened before the commencement of examination during the LLB Semester-5 examination today, was found to be of the old course. As the question paper of the old course was mistakenly received in the printing press, Nilesh Soni, the Director of Quick Acting, instructed the principals of each examination center to send the handwritten question paper via e-mail instead of the question paper sent to the centers. Therefore, in most of the examination centers, there was panic among the examinees. Of course, the students who got the handwritten LLB Semester-2 Civil Procedure Code and the Examination Paper of the Limitation Act, took the examination on the basis of this paper.

The examination director of the university said that there was a mistake of the paper setter in this chapter. He said that he was called face to face for the disclosure of 3. The serious kind of negligence has been shown in setting the exam question paper. It was said that disciplinary action would be taken against him.
