Rajkot: Despite actress Kangana Ranaut uttering insulting words to the Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi, the administrators of Gandhi Institutions in Saurashtra have not dared to utter a single word against the actress. Institutions connected with Gandhian thought and working in Saurashtra. Even though there are institutions like the National School established by Gandhiji in Rajkot, not a single statement of these Gandhian institutions has come up against the issue of insulting Gandhiji. This issue has become a topic of discussion among the people.

The birthplace of Mahatma Gandhi is Porbandar in Saurashtra. People who are vying for positions in these institutions do not even protest when someone insults Gandhiji. Kangana uttered words like sata lalchu for Gandhiji, not a single statement of a Gandhian leader has come up against Saurashtra instead of protesting against those who say that the freedom fighters including Gandhiji and the freedom fighters sacrificed for freedom have been found in begging.

Gandhi Institutions including National School, KB Gandhi's Dello are functioning in Rajkot. Gandhiji received his primary education in Rajkot. The school has now been turned into a museum and is managed by a corporation. No leader in Rajkot has objected to actress Kangana's insult to Gandhiji. The statue of Godse was protested in Jamnagar but his childish statement did not go unnoticed, let alone a complaint against anyone who insulted Gandhiji.
