Rajkot, : Jaliya village near Rajkot has filed a complaint at the Kuwadwa Road police station following a fight between two families over soil filling. On the basis of which the police have registered a case and proceeded with the investigation.
In this regard, Mangabhai Mayabhai Chavda (70 years old) has stated in the complaint filed that yesterday, when he was with his grandson, Mansukh, the son of elder brother Lakhman, and his two sons Jitendra and Pintu were filling soil from Fuva. So he refused them and said that the soil will fill up, you should push the nail where you want to push it. After saying this, Jeetendra tried to drive the tractor on him, and the three accused beat Gaddapattu to the ground. Not only that, Pintu attacked with a stick. So he saved his life and went straight to the police station with his grandson. At that time too, the accused hurled insults saying what the police would do to us.
Samapakshe Jaydev Mansukh Chavda (A.D. 30), Res. Nawa Thorala, Mul Jaliya) has stated in the complaint filed that yesterday while filling soil from the river adjacent to the farm, the family had an altercation with grandfather Mangabhai. Because of this, Mangabhai's three sons Mahesh, Shailesh and Narendra rushed to his house this morning. They shouted and challenged that everyone should be settled today, everyone came out after throwing a pipe wound on the roof of the building.
Later, Narendra and Mahesh's wife also rushed in and started arguing. So the accused who came to the floor of the house with his father and sister Mamta had a fight and beat up his family members. As a result, the accused fled after calling the police control room. At that time, Mahesh's three sisters, Mukta, Kanchan and Parvati had such an outrageous argument.
