Complaint of a woman working in Disa, Police to arrest five in-laws living in Ahmedabad and Amreli Panthak

Rajkot, : Mitalben Naranbhai Vekaria (A.D. 35), a native of Sultanpur village in Gondal and currently living in Shyam Bungalows in Disa, working as an assistant professor in DNP Arts and Commerce College, is survived by her husband Arun, father-in-law Nanubhai Rayabhai Raddia, Jeth Amit, mother-in-law Hansaben. And the uncle-in-law, Gulabbhai Raiyabhai Raddia, who lives in Babara's village Wankiya, has filed a complaint of torture on the question of dowry in the Gondal Women's Police Station.

In the complaint, Mitalben has said that in the year 2018, she got married to Arun, a native of Wakiya (Babapur) in Amreli. A son has been obtained from married life. who is now two and a half years old and lives with her husband. After the marriage, Vakiya lived in the village with her husband for a month. After that, since she was working in Disa and her husband was also working as a laborer, she went to live in a joint family in Disa.

After two months of marriage, the husband started demanding money on different pretexts and in the name of hospital. He used to pay all the expenses of the house. He used to use all the salary money. In 2018, he was given the car in installments while demanding the car for up-down. Since her husband did not want to go to work, she often quarreled, scolded him and beat him up.

Being a superstitious husband, he used to tell her that I know your future, in the future your bones will be broken, your job will be lost, you are going to be ruined, you should take Guruji's mantra, forcing him to go and serve Guru.

From time to time he also scolded that you do not know how to live as a wife. Mother-in-law used to say that you are like a dog, you only know how to work, your disease will not pass on to my grandson. Father-in-law also used to harass husband and mother-in-law. Jeth living in Surat used to scold her husband saying that your wife does not dress your child in good clothes. Due to which the husband used to fight with her more. Kakaji-in-law used to call her husband while doing all the administration of the house.

In the year 2021, the husband went for a walk with his guru. At that time he said that you will hurt my parents by informing them about this matter. He quarreled with her on this issue and had a bad argument. After she went to work in the college, later her husband and mother-in-law, father-in-law took her son and left in the car she had bought. After a few days, he called and said that you are not taking care of your son, you will be sad if you keep infatuated with your peer, if you don't accept the conditions of our house, Raji will happily give you a divorce. Due to which she has been separated from her husband for the last one and a half years. As there is no settlement till date, finally filed a complaint.
