Rajkot: Assistant Town Planner Vipul Mansukh Makwana of Ward No. 18 under the East Zone of Rajkot has been registered in the Bhakitnagar Police for raping a female constable repeatedly after luring her into marriage. On the basis of which the police immediately arrested the accused.

The victim, a female constable, told the police that in 2018, Raia Chowkdi was demolished by the Manpa. Where his duty was in settlement. At that time the accused met Vipul. Both had exchanged mobile numbers. Ten days later, Vipul called and requested him to help in issuing the license of the weapon if he knows anyone in the CP office.

So he was given forms etc. Once he was taken to the hospital after his BP was low in the police station. Vipul came to see him at the hospital after learning about it. Later he was dropped at home. He met her again once when Vipul came with his mother, father and brother for a religious function. The next day I called him and asked him what he thought about our love. Eight days later, Vipul agreed to marry her. This time he said that he will move forward only if he wants to get married.
