Police have arrested only one accused

Accused Paresh Raddia was not caught despite the claim that four teams of police were employed, doubting the performance of the police.

The police do not get any information about where the other accused has fled. Due to which the impression is getting that the police is covering up this accused.

In the application given to the SP, the victim girl said that in the year 2019-20, she took admission in a girls' hostel and studied there. Arjanbhai Ramani is the present trustee besides Paresh Raddia, a BJP leader and husband of a Zilla Panchayat member living in Virnagar village. While another leader of BJP and former sarpanch of Panchwad Madhu Tadhani is a friend of Paresh.

While she was studying in school, Madhu and Paresh used to come and go to the hostel frequently. Since his eyesight was already bad, he was being harassed by Yenkan. Not only that, he was harassing and torturing by calling the trustee's office.

After he takes admission in the year 2021 Madhu and Paresh if you want to avoid torture then you have to do as we say otherwise we will disgrace you in the whole school and hostel, we will not let you and your family live. She was scared by this threat of both. As a result of which his courage increased, he used to molest anyone in his room on any pretext and would also touch his body. Not only that, they also threatened that if you tell this to anyone, you will be disgraced in the society.

One day in the year 2021, Paresh told him that today you will not go to school and stay in the room, he wants to talk to you. She was scared after hearing that. After a few minutes, Madhu and Paresh came to the room and after Manfav held her, both of them took turns raping her. He also threatened that if you tell this to anyone, your family will not be allowed to live. Due to which no one talked about the incident due to fear.

After that both of them often came to her room and forced her against her will. Not only this, Paresh made him the rector of the hostel to take advantage of his mulimurad. So that they can easily coerce him on the pretext of getting the hostel report. There is a separate office of the Rector. There was also coercion.

In the month of July 2023, Madhu held the contract for the color work of the hostel. So he and Paresh Kallar used to force him in his room often under the pretext of work. At the same time, they also said that we have a meeting with the police and politicians, if you tell this to anyone, you will be defamed and framed in a wrong case.

In the month of July 2023, Madhu and Paresh, on the pretext of showing him to a student in the hospital, BJP Vice President Dr. Bharatbhai Boghrani K.D.P. Asked to come to the hospital. So while going there, Madhu called him to a room near the stairs where there were no cameras and forced them to have sex. Finally, tired of both of them, in 2024, when he was going to Surat, Madhu took a car and beat up his friend, put him in the car, and raped him in the car. .

After finally getting the courage to apologize to the family members, he filed a complaint against the accused in the Atkot police station under sections including rape.

In which Madhu Tadhani was absconding for a long time and finally he was picked up by the police. However, even after more than a quarter of a month passed since the incident, the police could not catch Paresh Radadia. It is claimed that teams including SOG, LCB besides the local police have been deployed to nab the accused. Despite this, the question is now being raised as to why the accused is not caught.

The old trustee was already aware of the deeds of both the BJP leaders

Rajkot: The girl victim told the police that Arjanbhai Ramani, trustee of the hostel, was aware of the debts of the two accused from the very beginning. So he was told that both the accused are my friends, they come here and do all this with my consent, so you also threatened him saying that you will not do this to anyone. It is worth mentioning that Arjanbhai Ramani also tried to commit suicide by drinking poison while this episode was going on.
