The series of allegations against city police commissioner Manoj Agarwal, crime branch and other police station officials working under his direct supervision did not stop even today. Himmatbhai Atmaram Bhadra, a school administrator living in Jamnagar, made a shocking allegation that PI Gadhvi of Crime Branch and PSI Jograna, among others, took him from Jamnagar to Rajkot, tied him to a neem tree and forcibly wrote a check for Rs 10 lakh.
In his presentation, he said that NIOS operates a form filling center in Jamnagar. On the recommendation of a friend, Rupaben V. Was introduced to Makwana. He had gone to Delhi with his wife at Rupaben's expense to get her to fill up the form for Rupaben. Where Gaurav (Hardik) was given some amount by Rupaben. Two years ago, when he was at his school, Rupaben came with men from the crime branch and forcibly brought him to the Rajkot crime branch office, tied him to a neem tree, and beat him mercilessly with a plastic pipe.
Then PI Gadhvi, PSI Jograna and writer Dilip Gadhvi took him to the upper floor of the crime branch office and gave him Rs 1 lakh, threatening to lose him. He had taken Gaurav (Hardik) money from Rupaben of Delhi and offered not to give him any money, but he did not listen to his plea.
After this incident, PSI Jograna called him and started pressuring him to pay the amount immediately. A complaint was lodged with the superiors but no action was taken. Not only that, PSI instructed to do as Jograna says. As a result, no action was taken as no hearing was held at that time. Rupaben was charged with bouncing a check for misrepresentation of facts. In this situation, action has been taken against all the police personnel involved in this case. The representations have been made to the Chief Minister, Home Minister, DGP and City Police Commissioner.
Alleged police beat young man for not getting money
