Fire broke out on the fourth floor of a hotel near Dwarka

10 rooms were evacuated and the tourists were shifted to a safe place, the fire was brought under control after pouring twenty thousand liters of water
Dwarka: The Fern Hotel, eight kilometers from Dwarka on the Dwarka-Jamnagar highway, caused a huge fire in a room on the fourth floor due to a short circuit in the afternoon.
In this four-storey hotel on the highway, before the electricity short-circuited on the fourth floor, plumes of smoke started flying. Later, the fire took a ferocious form. Due to this, there was chaos among the tourists staying in other rooms of the hotel. When the fire broke out in room number 407 of the hotel, the occupants of ten rooms on the fourth floor of the hotel were evacuated safely.
Following this incident, the hotel manager informed the Dwarka Fire Brigade staff. Hence the fire team reached the spot along with Bombao. The team went up through the stairs from below and broke the glass window of the room and started the work to douse the fire. Furniture including air conditioner, TV was burnt in the fire. The fire was so fierce that twenty thousand liters of water had to be called to extinguish it. However, everyone was relieved when the fire was brought under control. Everyone breathed a sigh of relief as there was no loss of life during the incident.
