Jam Khambhaliya: A complaint has been registered against a woman residing at Nawagam in Bhanwad taluk for making threats to a woman by a school administrator into trusting her to invest money to keep a mine in partnership, of a total of Rs 12.91 lakh.

According to the details of this entire episode, the son of a 38-year-old woman named Mumtazben Sulaimanbhai Ghugha, who lives in Nawagam Wadi area of ​​Bhanwad taluka and works as a helper in Anganwadi, was studying in Sagar Chanabhai Chuchhar school of the same village. So Sagar and Mumtazben were familiar with each other. In the meantime, Sagar had lured the complainant Mumtajben with money in a mining partnership in Pardwa village of Jamjodhpur taluk, gaining her trust. After this, during the period of 21st September 2023, cash and gold loans were received from her in piecemeal amounts and Rs.12,91,412 through the bank and after this, as part of a well-planned fraud, Aadhaar card, passport size photos were obtained from the complainant and on blank paper. Mumtazben's signatures were also taken.

After this, the complainant demanded the return of his money from the accused Sagar, who said that he did not have the money, gave him two checks of Axis Bank for a total of Rs 9.10 lakh and another check of Assam Halimaben for Rs 5 lakh. These checks were returned to the complainant Mumtazbe when they were deposited in the bank.

Even after this, the accused Sagar kept the complainant woman in confidence regarding the money owed to him and did not return the amount due to him even after insisting. Not only that. Complainant Mumtajben went to his house to extort money and chased him away, threatened to beat him with a wooden stick, police registered a complaint and started investigation.
