Rajkot: Mayursinh Mahendrasinh Sodha (Rest. Railnagar), Jagdish Thummar (Rest. Samakanthe) and Kuldeep Vank (Rest. Samakanthe) along with Partha Miteshbhai Pobaru (17) living in Bajrangwadi on Jamnagar Road and studying in St. Erhe. Railnagar) has filed an application in Gandhigram police station for defrauding lakhs.

Parth stated in the application that his friend Mayur Singh called twenty days ago and said that if you have 10 couples, I will do it for 7500 for 10 couple passes of Neil City Club totaling Rs.9000. As he believed and needed 11 couple passes, he told Mayursingh that he talked to Jagdish over the phone. Later he talked to the man of Jagdish who was there on the phone while he was going to meet his friend and gave 50 to 60 thousand. After that, whenever he needed a pass, he used to call Jagdish and tell him. And gave a total of Rs. 96 lakhs of 3p couple passes at different places. Not only that, when Jagdish talked about the Cold Play event in Mumbai and asked him to give one ticket for Rs.18 thousand, he told him about seven tickets and transferred Rs.48 thousand in advance. Later Jagdish and Mayursingh's phone was going off when Kuldeep was contacted, he said that he would get the rupees back on Easter. But later his phone was also switched off and finally he applied.
