Priyaben, a 24-year-old married woman living in Radhakushna Society on Dhebar Road in the city and studying up to BDS, is survived by her husband Parth Patel, father-in-law Dr. Satish Chandra Kalidas Makwana, mother-in-law Sonalben and Nand Rachnaben Jinesh Parmar. Near, Sector-6, Gandhinagar) has lodged a complaint with the women's police against her for torturing her physically and mentally in petty matters and dowry issue.

In which it is stated that her marriage took place in 2016 in the court of Ahmedabad. Her husband had taken action before the marriage to change his surname. He was informed about it after marriage. After marriage, her husband moved to Visnagar to study with her. Once upon a time, on festivals or holidays, Gandhinagar used to come to stay at her father-in-law's house.

One day while she was living in Visnagar, her husband beat her up and kicked her out of the house. After that she lived in a joint family for six months. Where members of the in-laws' party used to quarrel over small things and attack her husband. Mother-in-law, father-in-law did not like it and forced her husband to divorce her.

Not only that, since she is married to him, her mother-in-law and father-in-law do not even give money to her husband for expenses. Her husband, who drank alcohol, called her brother and abused her. His parents were also rude to the members. His nephew, who lived in London, also indirectly beat him.

The complaint further said that when she went for a walk in Goa with her husband, she was left alone on the road at two or three o'clock in the night. Husband used to ask her to bring a vehicle and cash from home. He would quarrel with her for not bringing her.

In the complaint, Priyaben also alleged that her husband was taking growth hormone in addition to drugs, anabolic steroids. She used to make non-veg at home but if she didn't give in, she would accuse him of being a hindrance in making her body. Her husband eventually filed a complaint because he did not want to and did not want to be with her as well as refuse to compromise.
