Low pressure in Rajasthan and adjoining areas has weakened. Due to western disturbances and cyclonic circulation, fishing in Dhrol, Chuda, Lemdi, Thane, Mavthu Naliya (7.8 સે C) everywhere except minimum temperature above 12 degrees.

Kutch's Naliya was still the coldest town in the state at 7.8 degrees Celsius, but the mercury in other thermometers remained above 12 degrees Celsius. Due to the north-westerly as well as wind, cold has spread everywhere including Rajkot, Jamnagar, Morbi, Junagadh.

As expected, the cold snap has now resumed. On the 24th and 25th Rajkot, Porbandar, Junagadh, Kutch, Bhavnagar and Surendranagar are expected to get cold again. The meteorological department added that the minimum temperature will drop by 2 to 4 degrees in the next two days.
