Rupani-Patil left 2 BJP offices open without BUP

Junagadh, : Junagadh district BJP's illegal construction controversy has become more serious. After the former BJP Minister Jawahar Chavda's letter bomb, the municipal system has been caught sleeping and the district BJP office has been buzzing and has issued a notice for not having the building usage permission even after seven years, while today a new revelation came that recently CR. Even the city BJP office inaugurated by Patil does not have a BU certificate. From this it follows that the BJP has ignored the law for the sake of power, the laws are only for the common people and the ruling BJP is allowed to manipulate any rules. It is as if there are no laws for BJP leaders or BJP property in Junagadh. BJP leader Jawahar Chawda has started opening polls of BJP leaders and BJP office since few days. Alleged violation of conditions and not leaving 24 meter margin in the construction of BJP office, on which issue the district BJP president indirectly accepted that he will pay the impact fee to regularize the construction. Many questions were raised by this answer, new revelations have been made by investigating this further.

Former Minister Jawahar Chawda was about to go to investigate as if the system of Manpa had been set in motion while opening the polls of the BJP office, but he still does not have the courage to investigate.
The district BJP office did not leave the space of 24 meters margin from the center line of the National Highway as per the rules, due to which it is impossible to get the BU certificate as per the rules. In the commercial construction that is going on near the district BJP office, it is seen in the google map and also from the site that a margin space of 24 meters has been left from the center line of the road. There is a distance of only two-three meters between BJP's Deendayal Bhawan and the road.
On the other hand, a city BJP office was built at the cost of crores on Shanteshwar Road from Zanzarda Chowkdi in Junagadh, whose territory BJP president C.R. Patil dt. Inaugurated on 31 March 2024. Even though this office has been established for six months, it still does not have a BU certificate.
Drama of notice by municipal administration after dispute
In this whole matter, STPO Bipin Gameet of Manapa said that the district BJP office near Khamdhrol Chowkdi does not have BU certificate, so it has been issued a notice to take action for BU certificate as per rules. In response to the question that the city BJP office does not have a BU, the STPO said that it is not considering having a BU.
