Rajkot: A complaint has been registered at the Kuwadwa Road Police Station that a 19-year-old girl studying nursing living in Rajkot was raped by her family uncle's son. On the basis of which the police registered a crime and detained the accused and continued the investigation.

The victim girl told the police that her family uncle's son lives opposite her house. With whom there was frequent conversation on phone and WhatsApp. Due to which a love relationship was built between the two for a year. Occasionally the two would meet at Aaji Dam. When he went home during summer vacation, the accused sent him a message and called him to meet him at home. He threatened to die if he did not meet.

So when he went to meet the accused at his house, he had intercourse against his will. At the same time he said that if I tell this to anyone, I will die. As a result, nobody spoke because of fear. She came to the hostel in Rajkot after the vacation was over. At that time he had blocked the accused's number. The next day his uncle's daughter called and told him to delete the accused's number from the block list or else the accused will die, the accused's number was deleted from the block list.

At the same time, the accused called and threatened to kill her if her number is blocked. Due to which she was communicating with the accused. Yesterday On 15th, the accused called him and told him that he would come to his college in the morning the next day. He also threatened to kill him or kill his brother if he did not come with him.

So the next day after coming out of the college, the accused took a lift on a bike and brought it to the marketing yard. From where I took a rickshaw to the bus stand and boarded a bus to Ahmedabad. Both of them fell asleep at the bus stand. The accused had sold his mobile phone as he ran out of money. Two days later, the accused took him to Surat in a train. Stayed in the waiting room of the railway station for three days. From there he was taken to Mumbai by train.

He stayed in Mumbai for a day and brought Surat again. He was taken by train from Surat to Jamnagar. Where he stopped for a day and took the train to Dwarka. From where he was brought back to Jamnagar in the evening. He was brought to Rajkot by train from Jamnagar. Stayed at Rajkot railway station for three days. From where the accused took a mobile phone from a pedestrian and asked for money from a friend. After arriving, he was taken by train from Rajkot to Surendranagar. At that time, the accused had intercourse against her will in the toilet of General Dabba. After reaching Surendranagar, he returned to Rajkot by train. Stayed at Civil Hospital for two days. On the night of 2, sat in the train from Rajkot to Mumbai. After reaching Surendranagar, got down at the railway station. In Surendranagar GIDC, the accused lived in his uncle's house. where his parents had arrived to investigate.

After that both were taken to the nearest police station. From where he came to Kuwadwa Road Police Station in Rajkot. There he filed a complaint against the accused.
